How fast do you reply?
DIYTech Labs is a small studio, and support is handled by the developer himself rather than a call centre. We read everything and aim to reply within a few business days; questions about a specific problem usually get answered faster than general inquiries, because there is something concrete to act on.
What information helps you help me?
Four things make almost every support email faster: the name of the app, your phone model, your Android version, and a short description of what you did and what happened. A screenshot of the problem is worth a paragraph. You never need to send us your documents, signatures or scans — please don't; the apps keep those on your device on purpose.
Where do I report a bug?
Email or the form on this page are the best places to report a bug, because we can ask follow-up questions. You can also mention it in a Google Play review — we do read those — but a review does not let us reply with detailed steps, so email gets your problem fixed faster.
